This term we are learning about Dr Seuss. He was a famous author and illustrator of children's books but his books are so good that lots of adults love them too!! We learnt today that Dr Seuss is actually a cat (just kidding!), his most famous book is called The Cat in the Hat.
Lauren didn't have the Cat in the Hat but she did read us The Cat in the Hat Comes Back. After we read the story, we worked together as a class (or a team) to complete a big red, blue, black, white and green Cat in the Hat puzzle. During computers we went onto the SEUSSVILLE website and played Dr Seuss games like the "Grinch who saved Christmas."
