On Friday we read a book called "The Friends of Emily Culpepper." In the book, Emily made people small so she had little friends to talk to. She kept her friends in jars. We each made our own little person out of modelling clay and we put it in a jar. We're going to use them as our writing prompt for Writers' Notebook.
